What is Wild Plyo?

Wild Plyo is a super fun cardio group fitness exercise. We wear spring boots which decrease the impact on your joints while giving you a boost around the room! As an added bonus, the weight of the boots acts as a little extra toner for your legs. No need to be a dancer or good at choreography - in class we'll build up the routine piece by piece and it's easy to follow along. By the end of class you'll feel like you're flying around the room in unison with everyone!

How do the boots work?

These boots have a spring system that resists your body weight enough to dampen the impact on the joints when your foot lands on the ground. The added benefit is they also help you rebound upwards to get more air than you would just on your feet!

Meet the Instructor

Hi, my name is Carly. I love Wild Plyo because it makes me feel like I'm dancing around the room with little effort. When I'm in class I don't need to worry about figuring out what I should do next or memorize a ton of choreography - it's straightforward, easy to follow along, and repetitive enough that the routine becomes second nature by the end. I have a blast doing this workout with a group and I just want to share this experience with others, so it's my passion to bring this workout to the Salt Lake valley. Hope to see you in class soon!
